Jo and Lauren are both business owners who built Women's Work Social from a simple but powerful realisation - that working for yourself can be incredibly lonely, and that the right room of women can change everything.

Jo runs Social Jo, as a marketing strategist and IG specialist. Lauren runs, Lauren Hopkins VA, a Virtual Assistant agency with a fabulous team of specialist associates. Between them they bring over a decade of experience as solo business owners - navigating the juggle of family life, flexible working and building something from scratch with no rulebook and no colleagues down the hall to bounce ideas off.

Women's Work Social started small. A handful of like-minded women who wanted real in-person connection. No agenda, no hard sell. Just good conversation, genuine support and the occasional glass of fizz.
