We run a range of in-person events across Surrey throughout the year - including Coffee & Convos, Co-working, Masterminds, Summer Social, Winter Warmer and our annual International Women's Day event. Each one has a different format and feel, but all of them are built around real connection and a genuinely good room.

Most of our events are held at venues in and around Surrey, including Guildford. We always choose locations that are easy to get to and feel right for the experience - quality matters at every touchpoint.

No. All events are pay as you go. There is no membership, no subscription and no commitment required. Come when it works for you.

You might - and you might not. Either way, you'll feel welcome. The Women's Work Social room has a reputation for being warm and easy to walk into alone. That's not accidental. It's something we hold to a high standard.

It depends on the event. Coffee & Convos is relaxed and conversational. Co-working is exactly what it sounds like - getting things done alongside other women. Each event has its own format, which we share in advance so you always know what to expect.
