Walking into a WWS event feels different from the moment you arrive.
Before you even arrive, you'll have been welcomed into our pre-event online group, where women say hello, spot familiar faces and arrive already feeling like they know someone.
You will be greeted by Jo and Lauren at the door. Your name badge is ready, your welcome is genuine, and before you've had a chance to wonder where to stand, someone is already asking who you'd love to meet. No elevator pitches. No pressure. Just a room that wraps around you and makes you wonder why you waited so long to come.
Throughout the event, our photographer Hester is there capturing the atmosphere, the conversations and the moments you'll want to remember.

Wowzers, that was a lot of fun for a first timer and I'd love to do it all again soon. I feel invigorated after meeting such a great bunch of supportive women — and it's so reassuring to hear that we all face the same struggles and that they are indeed surmountable.

Not going to lie, I don't find networking easy. As someone who always chooses pyjamas and the sofa post 8pm, I can't believe I was still there at 10! It was lovely and relaxed, and I met some amazing women.
