January Mastermind

Step away from the inbox. Think at a higher level.

Running three times a year, Women's Work Social Masterminds are carefully curated full days to step away from the day-to-day, think clearly, make confident decisions and shape what's next - alongside a small, intentional group of local female founders equally committed to building something brilliant.

Led by Women's Work Social co-founders Jo and Lauren, each day is built around the VIP framework - Vision, Intention and Planning - with its own seasonal focus and a guest expert woven in. Set in beautiful, inspiring locations, this is protected time to think and plan at the level your business deserves.

But the magic isn't just in the planning. It's in the room.
